PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
The colours of our products that you see on this website depend on the display and colour capabilities of your particular computer monitor and may not be the exact colour or representation of the actual merchandise. PRICING POLICY
All prices shown on our products are in UK £Sterling.

Product sales outside the European Community, display the price excluding VAT. The VAT has been deducted from the retail price @17.5%.

This shall show on your sales receipt.

Product sales inside the European Community display the price inc VAT, The VAT is not Tax refundable.

PURCHASING
For sales, IAM MAI uses pay pal. An acknowledgement of your order will be sent by e-mail.
We also aim to dispatch orders within three working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Please note you must supply us with a valid email address in order to receive your electronic order confirmation.

If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your offers as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock.
If the items that you order are out of stock, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UK and overseas orders are sent through Royal Mail, which will also require a signature wherever possible. We will also insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, and address verification.
Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of our despatch date. Before you return any goods you must notify us by emailing us at info@iammai.co.uk. We shall then email you a returns form, to complete and send back in your parcel. This form will show the return address.
Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. Any returned items that are not accompanied by a receipt will not be accepted.
The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

Returned products
It is advisable to send returned items by Special Registered Post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made securely on line using pay pal.
You may also place your order through telephone or fax. The credit card being used must be yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.
